PART A – ABOUT THE TALENT PLATFORM
1. WHO WE ARE
The TAG Live® Talent Platform (the Platform) is operated by Talent Artistic Group Limited trading as TAG Live® (TAG Live®, TAG, we, us, our).
We are registered in England and Wales under company number 08673502 and our registered office is Unit 3 Stewartby Business Park, Broadmead Road, Bedford, England, MK43 9ND.
You can contact the TAG Live® Casting Team and Platform Support at [email protected]. General and privacy enquiries: [email protected]. Telephone: +44 (0)1234 972 000. Website: www.tag.live.
The Platform is used by TAG Live® as part of its casting, recruitment, talent management and work-finding activities.
2. PURPOSE OF THE PLATFORM
The Platform enables performers and other talent to create and maintain a profile for consideration for opportunities managed, cast, recruited or otherwise facilitated by TAG Live®.
Platform functionality may enable Talent to create and maintain a Talent Profile; provide skills, experience, credits, qualifications and availability; upload photographs, headshots, CVs, showreels, audio, video and other casting material; identify types of work; view and apply for Casting Opportunities; receive audition, callback, self-tape, interview or assessment invitations; receive casting communications; provide onboarding information; and, where functionality permits, receive or accept offers, engagement documents or contracts.
The Platform may also be used by TAG Live® employees, casting teams and other authorised persons involved in casting, recruitment, talent management, production and administration.
3. IMPORTANT – REGISTRATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE WORK
Creating an Account or Talent Profile does not create an employment, worker or other engagement relationship with TAG Live®; constitute an offer of employment or engagement; mean TAG Live® represents you exclusively; guarantee work, an audition, callback, interview or assessment; guarantee submission to a Client; or guarantee selection for any Casting Opportunity.
TAG Live® may decide whether and for which opportunities Talent will be considered, subject to applicable law and the requirements of the relevant role.
Depending on the nature of a Casting Opportunity and the arrangements for any Engagement, TAG Live® may act as an employment agency, employment business or other work-finding intermediary for the purposes of applicable law. Where applicable law requires TAG Live® to provide additional work-seeker terms, a Key Information Document or other prescribed information, TAG Live® will provide these before the relevant regulated work-finding service or assignment is provided, or at such earlier time as required by law.
Registration on the Platform does not appoint TAG Live® as your general agent and does not authorise TAG Live® to enter into an Engagement or other contract on your behalf unless you expressly give that authority in writing.
4. DEFINITIONS
Account means an account created to access the Platform.
Casting Opportunity means a role, position, production, assignment, contract, engagement or other work opportunity for which TAG Live® is seeking or considering Talent.
Client means a TAG Live® client, hirer, production company, venue, operator or other organisation for which TAG Live® may cast, recruit, engage or supply Talent.
Engagement means work subsequently accepted by Talent following a Casting Opportunity.
Representative means an authorised agent, manager, parent, guardian or other person permitted by TAG Live® to act for Talent.
Talent means an individual performer, entertainer or other work-seeker registered or considered through the Platform.
Talent Content means photographs, video, audio, showreels, CVs, biographies and other content uploaded by or on behalf of Talent.
Talent Profile means information held within the Platform relating to Talent.
User means any person authorised to access the Platform.
PART B – REGISTRATION AND TALENT PROFILES
5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering. Unless TAG Live® permits otherwise, Accounts are personal and must not be shared.
You must not create a false identity, impersonate another person, create an Account for another person without authority, or provide materially false or misleading information. TAG Live® may request reasonable evidence to verify your identity or information.
6. YOUR TALENT PROFILE
You are responsible for creating and maintaining your Talent Profile. Depending upon the opportunities for which you wish to be considered, information may include contact details; location and geographical availability; photographs and headshots; CV and performance credits; showreels; video and audio recordings; performance disciplines; skills and specialisms; languages; training and experience; qualifications and certifications; availability; measurements or physical characteristics where legitimately relevant to casting; driving licences or other relevant licences; right-to-work information; and other information reasonably relevant to casting or engagement.
You must take reasonable steps to keep your Profile accurate and current and must not knowingly exaggerate, falsify or misrepresent your skills, experience, qualifications, credits, availability or eligibility to work.
7. TALENT CONTENT
You retain ownership of your Talent Content.
You confirm that you own the Talent Content or have permission to use and upload it; its use under these Terms will not infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights; individuals appearing in Talent Content have given any permission reasonably required; it is not knowingly false or misleading; and it complies with applicable law and these Terms.
TAG Live® may remove Talent Content where it reasonably considers that the content breaches these Terms, applicable law or another person’s rights.
8. PERMISSION FOR TAG LIVE® TO USE TALENT CONTENT
By uploading Talent Content, you grant TAG Live® a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, display and share that content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate the Platform; administer your Talent Profile; search and identify potentially suitable Talent; conduct casting and recruitment; assess you for Casting Opportunities; present or submit you for relevant opportunities; share relevant Profile information and Talent Content with Clients and authorised production partners for legitimate casting and selection purposes; administer auditions, assessments and Engagements; and maintain appropriate business, legal and regulatory records.
This licence does not automatically permit TAG Live® to use your name, image, likeness, performance or Talent Content in unrelated advertising or promotional campaigns. Any wider exploitation or promotional rights relating to an Engagement will be dealt with separately where required.
9. PROFILE VISIBILITY
A Talent Profile is not automatically a public profile. Information may have different levels of visibility. Certain information may be accessible only by TAG Live® and its authorised casting or administration teams.
Where TAG Live® reasonably considers you suitable for a Casting Opportunity, relevant Profile information and Talent Content may be shared with the applicable Client or authorised production partners.
TAG Live® will not intentionally make your Profile publicly searchable on the internet unless this functionality is expressly offered and you are informed accordingly.
10. REPRESENTATIVES
Where TAG Live® permits a Representative to create, access or manage an Account for Talent, the Representative confirms that they have authority to do so. TAG Live® may require evidence of that authority.
Representatives must ensure information supplied about Talent is accurate. If authority ends or changes, the Representative must promptly notify TAG Live® and cease accessing the Account unless otherwise authorised.
Where a Representative provides personal information about Talent or another person, they confirm that they have appropriate authority to provide that information.
11. NO TALENT FEES
TAG Live® does not charge Talent a fee to create or maintain a Talent Profile, access the Platform or be considered for Casting Opportunities.
TAG Live® will not make access to its work-finding services conditional on Talent purchasing any additional product or service from TAG Live® or a connected party. If TAG Live® offers any optional paid service in future, that service will be subject to separate terms and applicable law.
PART C – CASTING AND SELECTION
12. CASTING OPPORTUNITIES
TAG Live® may use the Platform to identify Talent for Casting Opportunities. Information provided may include, where appropriate, the production/project, Client, role, type of work, location, dates and duration, working hours, required skills or experience, audition requirements, remuneration, expenses, relevant qualifications or authorisations and known health and safety information.
Casting information may change as a production or Client requirement develops. TAG Live® will take reasonable steps to communicate material changes where appropriate.
13. APPLICATIONS
Where enabled, Talent may apply for Casting Opportunities through the Platform. An application is a request to be considered and is not an offer or contract.
TAG Live® may determine appropriate selection processes for each Casting Opportunity and is not obliged to audition, shortlist or select every applicant who satisfies stated minimum criteria.
14. SEARCHING AND MATCHING TALENT
TAG Live® may search and filter Talent Profiles using information supplied through the Platform, including skills, experience, qualifications, availability, location and other criteria legitimately relevant to a Casting Opportunity.
The Platform may use technology to support searches, matching, recommendations and administration. Technology-assisted matching does not itself determine that Talent will be selected or engaged.
Where automated or AI-assisted technology is used in a manner materially affecting recruitment or selection, TAG Live® will use it in accordance with applicable data-protection and employment law.
Where applicable law gives Talent rights in relation to solely automated decision-making, TAG Live® will provide appropriate information about that use and a means for Talent to request human review or challenge the decision.
15. AUDITIONS AND ASSESSMENTS
TAG Live® may invite Talent to participate in live auditions, self-tapes, callbacks, interviews, workshops, performance assessments, skills assessments or other appropriate selection activities. An invitation does not constitute an offer of work. Talent must comply with reasonable audition instructions and deadlines.
16. CLIENT PARTICIPATION
TAG Live® may submit or make available relevant information concerning shortlisted Talent to a Client or authorised production partner. Clients may participate in reviewing profiles, shortlisting, auditions, assessments, callbacks and final casting decisions.
TAG Live® may therefore share appropriate Talent Content and casting information with those parties for legitimate casting purposes. A Client’s participation in selection does not by itself create a contractual or employment relationship between the Client and Talent.
17. CASTING DECISIONS
Casting decisions may legitimately take account of matters relevant to the production or role, including performance ability, skills, experience, qualifications, availability, suitability for the role, production requirements, Client requirements, location, casting combinations and other lawful criteria relevant to the particular Engagement.
TAG Live® may amend, suspend, close or withdraw a Casting Opportunity where reasonably necessary.
18. AVAILABILITY
Where you indicate that you are available for particular dates or periods, you should take reasonable steps to keep that information current. If your availability changes after applying for or being considered for a Casting Opportunity, you should update the Platform or notify TAG Live® promptly. Indicating availability does not create an obligation on TAG Live® to offer work.
PART D – FAIR CASTING, EQUALITY & INCLUSION
19. FAIR AND INCLUSIVE CASTING
19.1 TAG Live® is committed to providing fair, inclusive and equal access to casting and work opportunities.
19.2 TAG Live® will not unlawfully discriminate against, harass or victimise Talent in connection with access to the Platform, Casting Opportunities, applications, auditions, assessments, selection or Engagements.
19.3 TAG Live® will comply with applicable equality law, including in relation to the protected characteristics of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex and sexual orientation.
19.4 Casting and selection decisions will be based on lawful criteria genuinely relevant to the particular Casting Opportunity. These may include performance ability, skills, experience, qualifications, availability, suitability for the role, artistic or production requirements and other legitimate requirements of the Engagement.
19.5 Nothing in these Terms prevents TAG Live® from applying lawful role-specific casting requirements in accordance with clause 20.
20. ROLE-SPECIFIC CASTING REQUIREMENTS
20.1 TAG Live® recognises that the nature of performance and entertainment casting means that a particular role may legitimately require, or be portrayed by reference to, particular characteristics, attributes, skills or presentation.
20.2 Casting criteria may therefore include matters such as playing age; appearance or presentation; height or other physical characteristics genuinely relevant to the production; language or accent; vocal range; dance, movement or physical capability; specialist performance skills; and other genuine artistic, creative, operational or production requirements.
20.3 Where a casting requirement directly or indirectly relates to a characteristic protected by equality law, TAG Live® will only apply that requirement where permitted by law.
20.4 Where reliance is placed on an occupational requirement relating to a protected characteristic, the requirement must, having regard to the nature or context of the work, constitute an occupational requirement; be applied as a proportionate means of achieving a legitimate aim; and otherwise satisfy the requirements of applicable equality law.
20.5 A Client’s preference, convenience or assumption alone will not make an otherwise unlawful discriminatory requirement permissible.
20.6 TAG Live® may challenge, amend, reject or decline to act upon any Client or production requirement that TAG Live® reasonably considers may be unlawful, discriminatory or inconsistent with these Terms.
21. REASONABLE ADJUSTMENTS AND ACCESSIBILITY
21.1 TAG Live® is committed to making its casting and selection processes accessible.
21.2 Disabled Talent may request reasonable adjustments in connection with accessing or using the Platform; submitting an application; preparing or providing a self-tape; attending an audition; participating in an interview or callback; completing an assessment; or any other stage of the casting and selection process.
21.3 Where TAG Live® controls the relevant process, TAG Live® will make reasonable adjustments where required by applicable law.
21.4 Where a Client, venue or production partner controls a relevant part of the process, TAG Live® may, with the Talent’s agreement where appropriate, communicate the requested adjustment and work with that party to support appropriate accessibility arrangements.
21.5 A request for a reasonable adjustment will not itself be treated adversely or used as a reason not to consider Talent for a Casting Opportunity.
21.6 Talent is encouraged to notify TAG Live® as early as reasonably practicable where an adjustment is required. Failure to make an earlier request will not automatically prevent an adjustment from being considered.
22. EQUALITY, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION INFORMATION
22.1 TAG Live® may invite Talent voluntarily to provide equality, diversity and inclusion information for lawful equality monitoring, reporting and related purposes.
22.2 Where information is collected solely for equality monitoring, providing that information will be voluntary; Talent will not be disadvantaged for choosing not to provide it; access to the information will be appropriately restricted; where reasonably practicable, identifiable monitoring information will be kept separate from information used for individual casting and selection decisions; and it will be processed in accordance with TAG Live®’s applicable Privacy Notice and data-protection law.
22.3 Where equality information constitutes special-category personal data, TAG Live® will only process that information where it has identified an appropriate lawful basis and applicable condition for that processing.
22.4 TAG Live® may use aggregated or appropriately anonymised information to understand representation within its Talent community and casting activity; monitor equality of opportunity; identify potential barriers to participation; evaluate casting and recruitment processes; and support lawful equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
22.5 Equality monitoring information will not ordinarily be used to make an individual casting decision except where its use is lawful and necessary for a specific purpose, including where relevant to a reasonable adjustment or lawful positive-action measure.
23. INCLUSIVE OUTREACH AND POSITIVE ACTION
23.1 TAG Live® may undertake lawful outreach and positive-action initiatives intended to improve participation or address disadvantage or under-representation within the entertainment industry.
23.2 Such action may be taken where TAG Live® reasonably considers that persons who share a protected characteristic experience disadvantage connected with that characteristic; have needs that differ from persons who do not share that characteristic; or have disproportionately low participation in a relevant activity or opportunity.
23.3 Any positive-action measure will be intended to address the relevant disadvantage, need or under-representation and will be proportionate to that aim.
23.4 Nothing in this clause permits unlawful discrimination against other Talent.
24. RAISING CONCERNS
24.1 Talent may raise a concern with TAG Live® where they believe that any matter connected with the Platform or casting process may involve unlawful discrimination, harassment, victimisation or other inappropriate conduct. This may include concerns relating to a Casting Opportunity or casting brief; role requirements or selection criteria; an audition, assessment or callback; a casting or selection decision; interaction with a Client, production partner or other User; a request for a reasonable adjustment; or conduct occurring during the casting or selection process.
24.2 Concerns may be reported to [email protected]
24.3 TAG Live® may investigate a concern and, where appropriate, may amend, suspend or remove a Casting Opportunity; challenge or seek clarification of a Client requirement; raise the matter with a Client or production partner; restrict or suspend Platform access; or take other reasonable and lawful action.
24.4 Talent will not be penalised or subjected to adverse treatment because they raise an equality concern; make an allegation of unlawful discrimination; request a reasonable adjustment; support another person who has raised such a matter; or otherwise exercise rights protected by applicable equality law.
24.5 Nothing in this clause prevents TAG Live® from taking appropriate action where a person knowingly provides false information or makes a false allegation in bad faith.
PART E – CHECKS AND SUITABILITY
25. IDENTITY, ELIGIBILITY AND RIGHT TO WORK
TAG Live® may require Talent to provide evidence of identity, age, right to work, experience, training, qualifications, professional licences or authorisations, safeguarding requirements and other requirements legitimately relevant to an Engagement.
TAG Live® may verify information supplied where reasonably necessary. Providing information or successfully completing checks does not guarantee an Engagement.
26. SAFEGUARDING AND BACKGROUND CHECKS
Certain roles may require safeguarding, DBS or other appropriate background checks. TAG Live® will only request such checks where appropriate and lawful.
Where checks are required, Talent must provide accurate information and reasonably cooperate with the process. TAG Live® may determine that Talent cannot be considered for or continue in an Engagement where a legally required qualification, authorisation, safeguarding requirement or other essential requirement is not satisfied.
27. CHANGE IN CIRCUMSTANCES
Talent must notify TAG Live® if information relevant to their suitability for an Engagement materially changes. This includes changes to right-to-work status, required licences, qualifications, safeguarding status, availability or any other information that materially affects the ability lawfully or safely to undertake an Engagement.
PART F – OFFERS AND ENGAGEMENTS
28. OFFERS
Being registered, matched, shortlisted, submitted to a Client, auditioned, recalled, provisionally selected or identified as preferred Talent does not itself constitute a binding offer.
An offer will only be binding where TAG Live® expressly identifies it as an offer and any applicable conditions have been satisfied.
29. ENGAGEMENT TERMS
Where Talent is offered work, TAG Live® will provide written terms applicable to that Engagement. Those terms will set out, where applicable and as required by law, the identity of the relevant Client or hirer; the nature of the Client’s business; the role and duties; location; dates and duration; working hours; remuneration and rate of pay; payment arrangements; expenses; holiday arrangements where applicable; notice and cancellation provisions; known health and safety risks and relevant control measures; required experience, training, qualifications or authorisations; and the contractual basis upon which Talent is engaged.
Where TAG Live® is required by law to provide a Key Information Document, additional work-seeker terms or other statutory information, TAG Live® will provide that information in accordance with applicable law.
Where there is any conflict between these Platform Terms and the specific written terms of an Engagement, the Engagement terms will take precedence in relation to that Engagement.
30. DIGITAL ACCEPTANCE
Where the Platform expressly identifies a document as an offer, employment contract, contract for services, Engagement agreement or other binding document, acceptance through the Platform may create a legally binding agreement. Talent should therefore review such documents carefully before accepting them.
31. NO EXCLUSIVITY
Unless separately agreed in writing, registration on the Platform does not prevent Talent from seeking, accepting or undertaking work elsewhere.
PART G – UNDER-18 TALENT
32. CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERFORMERS
Where Talent is under the age of 18, registration must take place through, or be expressly approved by, a parent or legal guardian using the process specified by TAG Live®. TAG Live® may require the parent or legal guardian to create, approve or manage the Account and to provide reasonable evidence of their authority.
Additional requirements may apply to children and young performers, including age verification, performance licences, approved chaperones, safeguarding documentation, restrictions on working hours, education arrangements and other legal or production requirements. TAG Live® may restrict profile visibility or Platform functionality for under-18 Talent and may prevent or restrict access to opportunities where required safeguarding or legal requirements are not satisfied.
PART H – PLATFORM RULES
33. ACCOUNT SECURITY
You must keep login credentials confidential and promptly notify TAG Live® if you suspect unauthorised access. TAG Live® may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, Users or personal information.
34. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not use the Platform unlawfully or fraudulently; impersonate another person; provide knowingly false information; harass, threaten or abuse another person; upload unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene or inappropriate content; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; compromise Platform security; introduce malicious software; obtain unauthorised access to another Account; or use it for purposes materially unrelated to legitimate casting, recruitment or Talent management.
Where Platform functionality allows content or communications to be encountered by another User, suspected unlawful, abusive or otherwise prohibited content or conduct may be reported to [email protected]. TAG Live® may review, remove or restrict content, restrict Platform access or take other appropriate action where reasonably necessary.
35. SCRAPING, AI AND DATA MINING
You must not conduct, facilitate or permit automated scraping, harvesting, text or data mining or systematic extraction of information from the Platform without TAG Live®’s prior written permission.
You must not use Talent Profiles, photographs, showreels, personal information or other Platform content to develop, train, fine-tune or validate artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems without TAG Live®’s prior written permission.
36. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
Casting Opportunities may involve confidential information including unreleased productions, scripts, characters, concepts, creative material, Client information, commercial information and audition materials.
You must not publish, disclose, distribute or otherwise use confidential information except for the purpose for which TAG Live® supplied it. In particular, confidential casting, audition or production material must not be posted on social media without permission.
37. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
TAG Live® or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the Platform and TAG Live® content. You may use Platform materials only for legitimate purposes connected with your use of the Platform or participation in the casting process.
38. TAG LIVE® BRAND
TAG Live® names, logos and branding are intellectual property of TAG Live® or its associated companies. You must not use TAG Live® branding in a manner that falsely suggests employment, representation, endorsement or association.
PART I – PERSONAL INFORMATION
39. DATA PROTECTION
TAG Live® will process personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection law, the TAG Live® Privacy Policy available at https://tag.live/privacy-policy/, and any Talent/Applicant Privacy Notice presented to Talent as part of registration or the casting process.
Information uploaded to the Platform should be limited to information reasonably required for Talent management, casting, recruitment, selection and Engagement purposes. TAG Live® may process information relating to Talent and, where appropriate and lawful, share relevant information with Clients, production partners, technology providers and professional advisers.
40. SPECIAL CATEGORY AND CRIMINAL OFFENCE DATA
Some Casting Opportunities may legitimately require special category personal data, including information relating to health, disability or other matters subject to additional legal protection. TAG Live® will only request and process such information where it has an appropriate lawful basis and applicable condition and where the information is relevant to the legitimate purpose for which it is requested.
DBS, criminal conviction or other criminal offence information will only be requested and processed where it is lawful, necessary and appropriate for the relevant role, and subject to the safeguards required by applicable data-protection and safeguarding law. Users should not upload unnecessary special category or criminal offence information.
41. INFORMATION ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE
Where you provide personal information about another person, including a parent, guardian, Representative, referee or emergency contact, you confirm that you are authorised to provide that information where required.
42. RETENTION AND ACCOUNT CLOSURE
Talent may request closure of an Account using Platform functionality or by contacting TAG Live®. Account closure does not necessarily require immediate deletion of all information.
TAG Live® may retain information for periods reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, safeguarding, contractual, dispute-management or legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable data-protection law.
PART J – PLATFORM OPERATION
43. AVAILABILITY
TAG Live® does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, suspend, restrict or withdraw Platform functionality for operational, security, legal or business reasons.
44. THIRD-PARTY TECHNOLOGY
TAG Live® may use third-party technology providers to host, support or provide elements of the Platform. The use of such providers does not alter TAG Live®’s obligations in relation to personal information where TAG Live® is the relevant controller.
Third-party websites or services linked from the Platform may be subject to their own terms.
45. PLATFORM CHANGES
TAG Live® may develop and change Platform functionality from time to time, including casting, matching, communication, profile and administration features. Material changes affecting these Terms may result in these Terms being updated.
PART K – LIABILITY AND SUSPENSION
46. OUR RESPONSIBILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to applicable law, TAG Live® does not guarantee any particular volume or frequency of Casting Opportunities; selection for any Casting Opportunity; any particular level of earnings; that a Client will proceed with a production or Engagement; or uninterrupted availability of the Platform.
TAG Live® will not be responsible for losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by Talent or third parties where TAG Live® could not reasonably have identified the inaccuracy. Nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
47. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF AN ACCOUNT
TAG Live® may suspend, restrict or terminate an Account where reasonably necessary, including where these Terms are materially breached; false or materially misleading information is supplied; Platform security is compromised; the Platform is misused; TAG Live® reasonably identifies a safeguarding risk; continued access may breach law or regulation; required eligibility or suitability criteria are no longer satisfied; or continued access could materially harm TAG Live®, a Client, another User or the integrity of the Platform.
Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, TAG Live® may provide the User with an opportunity to remedy the issue.
PART L – GENERAL
48. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
TAG Live® may amend these Terms to reflect changes to law, regulation, Platform functionality, casting processes or business requirements. The current version will be available through the Platform. Where a change materially affects Users, TAG Live® will take reasonable steps to bring it to their attention.
49. TRANSFER
TAG Live® may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation as part of a group restructuring, sale or transfer of the relevant business, provided this does not unlawfully reduce your rights.
50. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
51. NO WAIVER
Failure by TAG Live® to enforce any provision immediately does not waive TAG Live®’s right subsequently to enforce that provision.
52. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the agreement relating to use of the Platform but do not replace any separate Engagement terms, employment contract, contract for services, privacy notice or other agreement subsequently entered into between TAG Live® and Talent.
53. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and their subject matter are governed by English law. Subject to any mandatory rights applicable to individual Users, the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction in relation to disputes arising from these Terms.
PART M – ACCEPTANCE
ACCEPTANCE
By creating an Account or continuing to use the TAG Live® Talent Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms; information you provide will be accurate to the best of your knowledge; you understand that registration does not guarantee work; you authorise TAG Live® to use and share your Profile and Talent Content for legitimate casting purposes in accordance with these Terms and the applicable Privacy Notice; you understand that additional work-seeker, assignment or Engagement terms may apply where required by law; and you agree to comply with these Terms.
